MIR Belting in Reading, PA seeks a Production Supervisor for the injection molding line to guide safety, quality, and daily operations. You will coach mold technicians, manage 5S, and maintain production boards to keep the line running smoothly.

• Follows all procedures & work instructions.
• Works to maintain a clean & organized working environment (5s).
• Completes visual inspection on products through the shift.
• Trains, coaches, and support the mold techs to ensure SMED is being utilized.
• Schedule and maintain production and visual management boards for the molding department.
• Address molding barriers promptly.
• Works directly with other departments within the plant.
• Encourages continuous improvement of culture.
• Identify and address non-conforming products.
• Responsible for clear and consistent communication between shifts
• Assisting in modification of existing procedures
• Creation of new standardized work procedures
• Encourages and promotes a positive work environment.
• Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed.
