Cadence is seeking a skilled plastic Injection Molding Operator II to set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines in Sturgeon Bay, WI. You will read blueprints, install molds, adjust settings, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Shift: 1st, M-TH 5:55am-4:25pm or Tue-Fri 5:55am-4:25pm, with overtime typically on Fridays. This role requires a mechanical mindset, the ability to read technical diagrams, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with injection molding equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities
