Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking an Injection Mold Machine (IMM) Operator for its Plastics department. You will visually inspect parts, perform manual operations, and box parts as they are ejected from molding presses.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read job packets, and willingness to rotate between shifts A, B and C with a 10% shift premium on B and C. Overtime and weekend work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Mold small to midsize plastic parts to job packet requirements.
• Visually identify and separate visually nonconforming parts.
• Perform manual operations as specified.
• Daily check and understand posted job assignments and related information.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor to troubleshoot problems with the job.
• Obtain supplies or documentation as needed.
• Maintain proper quality and quantities of molded materials.
• Visually inspect parts during press run and take action on bad parts.
• Maintain accurate counts and records/labels.
