Job summary

Kelly Services in Hudson, NH is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators to operate injection molding machines, inspect and properly package parts. The role demands following instructions, maintaining quality, and assisting with training and ERP tasks.

Requires 1–2 years in a machine operator role in plastics, English literacy, and, preferably, cleanroom experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a machine operator role within plastic injection molding or related field.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Cleanroom experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Operate complex jobs with auxiliary equipment and handloads.
• Maintain proficiency and quality to meet production standards.
• Assist with training others as needed.
• Perform basic ERP transactions (scrap, downtime, inventory).
• Use a computer to self-train in procedures.
• Support 5S and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Set up workstations for new jobs, verify labels and packaging.
