Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally with 5+ years in injection molding.
• Strong understanding of machine processing and mold set-ups.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to instruct, coach, and lead team members.
• Must be able to work designated shifts (11p-7a OR 3p-11p) and meet physical demands of a production floor.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and support packing and utility employees on the shift.
• Manage injection molding machine processing systems and perform mold set-ups.
• Monitor product quality and enforce safety standards.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and perform mold changes.
• Complete production paperwork and advise management on process improvements.
