Responsibilities

• Must remain at machine for duration of shift as required except for scheduled break times.
• Perform secondary operations on molded parts, trim with knives/clippers, separate molded parts from hand loads.
• Capable of shutting down a machine in an emergency.
• Clean auxiliary equipment including hoppers, grinders and dryers as needed.
• Identify and understand material tickets.
• Safely respond to alarms on the machine.
• Shut off water to the mold in case of a large leak.
• Collect first shots and last shots.
• Complete Production Orders and Machine Cards accurately.
• Follow workmanship standards and perform rework procedures.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
• Adhere to company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, and job performance.
