Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Process Technician in Kentucky to set up and maintain process controls on presses, molds, and equipment per customer specs. You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and defects.

The role requires experience with robotics, end-of-arm tooling setups, and knowledge of resins such as TPOs/ABS/Nylons/PCs. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and English literacy required.
• Experience with Excel and office tools advantageous.
• Experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work afternoon or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Optimize machine processes to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Lead or support new program launches and process development.
• Operate and troubleshoot molding equipment and robots.
• Set up molds and perform start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain process controls and document performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
