Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking operators to join our shift in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor injection molding machines, assist with assembly trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework, while inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.

We value a team oriented, detail-focused approach and the ability to follow established procedures to meet production goals; lifting up to 30 lbs and frequent standing are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.
• Team oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, reaching and handling of parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform assembly trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack and move finished goods safely; complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.
