Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a hands-on Molding Technician to support multiple molding machines. You will dismantle, clean, assemble, and set up tools for production, perform mold changes, and monitor cycle times to ensure part quality.

You will assist operators, follow SOPs, and apply Lean CI principles while traveling domestically or internationally for training as required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of injection molding processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe tool handling.
• Ability to follow standard work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, assemble, and set up molding tools for production.
• Perform mold changes and prepare machines for production runs.
• Troubleshoot basic molding and equipment issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Monitor cycle times, injection intervals, and part quality.
• Provide basic training to operators, interns, and trainees.
