Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and document work in the CMMS, while supporting TPM initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive root cause analysis, ensure safety compliance, and participate in equipment installations or upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in maintenance of injection molding or similar automated systems.
• Proven troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, and RCA tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Document maintenance work in the CMMS and report equipment trends or recurring issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications; adhere to QEHS standards and safety audits.
