Job summary

Silgan-Closures is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support injection and compression molding lines on a 12-hour shift. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and clear jams to keep equipment running smoothly.

Starting pay is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience, with bi-weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, disability and life), a 401(k) match, paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical abilities with experience diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety rules.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair injection and compression molding equipment.
• Clear jams, restart lines, and perform minor adjustments for efficiency.
• Monitor and minimize downtime and scrap on the shift.
