Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in the injection molding industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and QS 9000, ISO 13485 requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of clean room protocols.
• Advanced level systematic problem solving of process, equipment, material and mold.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Electric/hydraulic injection molding machines and PID controls.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Experience interfacing robotic equipment with molding machines.
• Welding and use of hand/power tools.
• Understanding safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance on primary and secondary equipment per the PM schedule.
• Keep maintenance records updated and organized.
• Read blueprints and schematics to repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Program robots and sprue pickers.
• Troubleshoot high-priority production equipment on the plant floor.
• Disassemble damaged mechanisms to assess and repair.
• Document changes for as-built records and ensure proper maintenance documentation.
