Job summary

Zobility, RGBSI's workforce management and staffing division, seeks a Maintenance Technician to repair, service and continuously improve plant equipment and facilities. The role emphasizes uptime, TPM, and PM execution across automotive‑type environments, with travel to customer sites as needed.

The candidate should bring robust mechanical/electrical capabilities, the ability to read prints, and a proven track record in robotics or automation‑driven processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering.
• 1-3 years in the automotive industry.
• Journeyman Electrical License required.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining equipment including robots and various molding/assembly systems.
• Welding experience and ability to read mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and improve all equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and operational problems and adjust for optimal throughput.
• Test equipment after repairs, changes or downtime and document PM/maintenance actions.
• Record operational data for maintenance records and drive continuous improvement.
• Support plant safety, environmental and health requirements in maintenance tasks.
• Assist with equipment moves and utility connections on the shop floor.
• Provide input on new equipment specs and modifications for maintainability.
• Manage spare parts inventory to reduce downtime.
