Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and safe repair practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow safety protocols.
• Comfort working independently in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and address repetitive disturbances to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Perform adjustments, tuning, and startup activities to maintain production efficiency.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on molding machines, chillers, and compressors.
• Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and conduits.
• Conduct general facility maintenance and building utilities projects as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and document activities accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams and leadership to set maintenance priorities.
• Inspect equipment and recommend reliability improvements; participate in trainings.
