Job summary

CREO Group in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily checks on plastic injection molding machines and other production equipment to prevent malfunctions and reduce downtime.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; injection molding experience is preferred but not required. The company offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Injection molding experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs PM's, basic repairs, inspections, adjusts and/or replaces worn parts, and documents work performed.
• Performs inventory of supplies used by maintenance department.
• Inspects and maintains electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and maintains equipment safety features.
• Performs other plant PM or repairs to include lighting and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintains 5s cleanliness standards.
• Utilizes safety equipment as appropriate for the work being performed.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
