Job summary

Röchling Medical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Arburg injection molding machines and related support equipment. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in clean room environments and adherence to strict contamination-control practices.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, PM records, and repair documentation while coordinating with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plastic injection molding machines and manufacturing support equipment.
• Experience with Arburg injection molding machines is strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with proven safe troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Arburg injection molding machines and related support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, heating, cooling, and control issues affecting press operation and uptime.
• Maintain and repair auxiliary molding equipment and tool room equipment.
• Complete work orders and PM records accurately and on time.
• Work in clean rooms following gowning, sanitation, and contamination-control practices.
