Job summary

Stryten Energy invites students to join as an Injection Engineer Intern in Lancaster, PA for the May–August 2027 internship term. This 40-hour/ week role focuses on hands-on experience with injection molding, processing, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

You will work onsite daily, gain exposure to process control, parameter optimization, and equipment troubleshooting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Housing may be available via local university.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Engineering with relevant coursework.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater and transportation capability.

Responsibilities

• Support Injection Molding Process control and capability.
• Assist with molding improvements for cycle time, cavitation and scrap reduction.
• Support process improvement, cost reduction and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for daily processing activities.
• Assist setup, repair and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety guidelines.
