Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Stand/stoop/bend.
• GMP and FDA guidelines knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend shop orders.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Coat sheet materials by moving parts to coating line.
• Count and track parts.
• Push/pull carts.
• Operate pallet jack and/or forklift for material handling.
• Operate manufacturing equipment (molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers, punch presses).
• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues with machinery or products.
• Package and prepare sheet material to finished goods.
• Follow all BOPs and SOPs.
• Visually inspect products.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
