Job summary

Performance Health is seeking a Production Worker II to join the Cedarburg, WI manufacturing team. This full-time role operates plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products, reads shop orders, and tracks parts through the production process.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write English.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend shop orders to produce items.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Coat sheet materials on the coating line as needed.
• Count and track parts throughout production.
• Move and push/pull carts as required.
• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts for material handling.
• Run equipment such as molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers, and punch presses.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Follow all BOPs and SOPs; visually inspect products for quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. This position is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products.

• Read and comprehend shop orders
• Assembling materials/parts together to complete shop orders
• Coating of sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating line
• Counting and tracking parts
• Pushing/pulling carts
• Material handling such as operating pallet jack and/or forklift
• Operate machinery such as but not limited to molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers and punch presses
• Ability to identify and/or troubleshoot minor issues that may arise with machinery and/or product
• Packaging and preparing sheet material to a finished good
• Follow all BOPs and SOPs
• Visually inspect products
• Follow all quality and safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
