Job summary

Performance Health Supply, LLC in Cedarburg, WI is looking for a Production Worker II on the 2nd shift to operate plastic injection molding equipment and support the manufacturing team in producing world class medical products.

You will read shop orders, assemble materials, handle and coat parts, and ensure quality and safety standards while packaging finished goods. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay rate with potential bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand/stoop/bend.
• GMP and FDA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend shop orders.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Coating of sheet materials on the line.
• Count and track parts; push/pull carts.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Operate molding and related machinery; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Pack finished goods and ensure quality and safety standards.
