Performance Health Cedarburg, WI is hiring a Production Worker II for the 2nd shift. You will operate plastic injection molding and related equipment to produce medical products, read shop orders, assemble materials, and perform quality checks.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and adherence to GMP and FDA guidelines. This is a full-time position offering benefits and a potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand/stoop/bend.
• GMP and FDA guidelines knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend shop orders.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Coat sheet materials by moving parts to coating line.
• Count and track parts.
• Push/pull carts.
• Handle materials such as pallet jack or forklift.
• Operate molding, perforating, water jet, sewing, extruding, forming and punching machinery.
• Identify or troubleshoot minor machinery/product issues.
• Package and prepare sheet material to finished goods.
• Follow all BOPs and SOPs.
• Visually inspect products.
• Follow all quality and safety standards.
