Zusammenfassung

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Injection Mold Technician for its American Fork, UT operation. You will support daily injection molding production, set up mold machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform mold changes including robot setup.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in injection molding, plus a technical certification or associate degree. You will train operators, monitor quality, and uphold safety on 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Pay ranges $20–$21 per hour with uptime ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in injection molding or mold technician roles.
• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot injection molding processes and implement changes.
• Experience performing mold changes and supporting robot setup and programming.
• Ability to train operators on running production parts, monitoring rates, and quality.

Aufgaben

• Set up molding machine parameters to produce quality acceptable parts for production.
• Troubleshoot and perform process changes as needed on the injection molding machine.
• Perform mold changes quickly and efficiently, including robot setup and programming.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing parts within standard.
• Replace standard components within the mold (inserts, springs, ejector pins, fittings) and perform basic maintenance.
