Job summary

Teel Plastics, LLC, Baraboo, WI, is hiring an Injection Molding Department Technician. You will set up, start up, tear down and operate molding machines, ensuring quality and on-time production.

The role includes maintaining molds, performing changeovers, and assisting in training operators to advance. You will work a 7pm–7am rotating schedule, including every other weekend, in a safety-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 2+ years of injection molding process technician experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot multiple machines and solve problems.
• Ability to learn new materials and equipment.
• Knowledge of injection mold construction and operation.
• Strong basic math and computer documentation skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start-up, tear-down and operate injection molding machines.
• Maintain molds, perform changeovers and set up automation cells.
• Follow setup sheets and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Troubleshoot quality and processing issues as needed.
• Assist in training operator packers to advance to higher levels.
• Covers breaks for other positions and communicates technical issues.
