Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Wichita, KS is seeking an Injection Mold Operator for a 2nd shift. You will set molds, install and maintain auxiliary equipment, and ensure safe operation of machines and water lines. Reading blueprints and maintaining quality are essential.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate professionally within a manufacturing team. Prior plastics molding or factory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set molds in Injection Mold machines and assist with other production needs.
• Install molds ensuring proper and safe mounting on machine platens.
• Set up and verify auxiliary equipment and dryers as required.
• Operate hoists and similar equipment safely.
• Read and interpret product drawings and use equipment to check quality.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and report findings promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and safe work environment.
• Complete training such as crane and lift truck as required by regulation.
• Perform other duties as required.
