Job summary

Century Mold Co. Inc. is seeking a Process Set-Up Technician in Shelbyville, TN. This full‑time position focuses on setting up and changing over molds, installing and removing molds in injection presses, and adjusting process parameters to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting up and changing over injection molding equipment.
• Ability to interpret process parameter sheets and adjust machine settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over machinery and equipment per production priorities.
• Install and remove molds in injection presses and check protections.
• Configure process parameters and alarms to maintain quality.
• Connect water, hydraulic and air lines and verify mold protection switches.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and Tool Room to ensure quality parts.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and support new product development.
