Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in plastics manufacturing, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for multiple shifts is needed; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in plastics manufacturing, mold set-up, or continuous extrusion Blow Mold/Injection.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to production to improve process and metrics.
• Attend critical machines daily and assist with auxiliary equipment.
• Perform foam fixture startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance during production.
• Troubleshoot problems with blow mold/injection machines and take corrective actions.
• Follow lockdown process sheets, procedures, visuals, and instructions.
• Work with supervisors to achieve departmental goals and maintain safety and quality.
