Job summary

Randstad USA in Manchester, TN is seeking an injection mold operator. You will be trained to run multiple machines (grommet, logo, grinder, injection and packing) and to trim mats, while adhering to packing and quality instructions.

This role requires bending, lifting, standing up to 12 hours, and occasional 30–50 lb lifts. Day and night shifts are available, with overtime posted monthly. Safety rules and on-site orientation apply; excellent benefits follow after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift, stand for up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds as required.
• Willingness to comply with company safety rules and regulations.
• Willingness to work day shift (6am–6pm) and night shift (6pm–6am).

Responsibilities

• Operate injection mold and other machines (grommet, logo, grinder, injection & packing) as trained.
• Trim mats and follow packing and quality instructions to meet expectations.
• Follow orientation and safety rules and regulations.
