Job summary

Switchcraft/Conxall seeks an Injection Mold Machine Operator for an on-site role in Chicago, IL. You will load materials, start cycles, and inspect finished parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with a pay rate of $17.60/hour.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to follow supervisor directions. Prior molding experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous molding experience preferred but can train an individual with prior machine experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able follow instructions given by team leader or supervisor
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic injection molding machine.
• Load pre-mixed powder or pellets into hopper.
• Insert product to be molded into mold and close the die.
• When cycle is completed, remove finished parts and inspect them.
