Job summary

Legend Brands is hiring an Injection Mold Machine Operator for the day shift in Burlington, Washington. The role runs 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with some overtime potential.

The ideal candidate will operate plastic molding machines, follow written instructions, and perform secondary operations and part packaging with accuracy. Level I is entry level; Level II expands to more advanced tasks as skills grow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic reading and writing and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce parts per written instructions.
• Trim excess material using hand tools as needed.
• Perform secondary operations such as milling, hot stamping, or gluing.
• Count and package parts accurately per instructions.
