Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Production Operator to join our Hebron, Illinois team. The role operates production equipment, monitors quality, follows work instructions, and supports a safe, efficient production process.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and works well as part of a team with good communication. The position offers a 3pm–11pm schedule, Monday–Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package in Hebron, IL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify and report quality and safety concerns.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment according to product-specific work instructions and manufacturing updates.
• Monitor product quality and inspect parts using established quality samples and standards.
• Report quality concerns, non-conforming products, and excessive scrap to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel.
• Accurately document scrap and maintain required production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and abnormal operating conditions immediately.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OH&S standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, auditors, quality personnel, and fellow operators regarding production and quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
