Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated seeks an entry-level Press Operations Associate to operate injection molding machines and secondary equipment. You will inspect, trim, code, and package parts, and support assembly with sonic welding and bonding as required.

In this role, you follow established procedures, report quality issues, and uphold 6S housekeeping. The position is on-site in a manufacturing environment, with an 8-hour shift and safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Developed visual and mechanical skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Reliable with positive attitude and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts by operating presses and secondary equipment, inspect and package.
• Process parts for assembly using sonic welder and adhesives; code and package.
• Follow established job instructions to meet specifications.
• Report defective material or quality concerns to supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per 6S program.
