The candidate will operate CNC and manual machines, set up molds on injection presses, and verify mold operation. Strong reading of technical drawings and precision are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mold making experience.
• 3+ years general machining with some CNC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and Mastercam a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mold making for injection molding machines and repair of molds.
• Disassemble, modify and re-assemble injection molds.
• Read technical drawings and set up molds in presses to verify operation.
• Operate CNC and manual machines; maintain tooling and documentation.
• Load CAM programs and test molds with focus on accuracy and safety.
