Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA seeks a Machine OP V - Injection, Skilled Labor to safely operate production machinery and support high-quality production runs. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings, with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Lockout/Tagout certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and enter data in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output.
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown.
• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield.
• Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations.
