Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA seeks a hands-on Machine OP V - Injection, Skilled Labor for the 2nd shift. You will operate production machinery safely, perform routine maintenance, and monitor output to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain output.

• Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times.
• Direct workflow and collaborate with team to meet daily goals.

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Machine OP V - Injection, Skilled Labor. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.

This advanced-level position is responsible for the safe operation of complex production machinery to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality production runs.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience operating machinery in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Training will be provided to qualified individuals.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield
• Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations
