Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of college or 5–10 years of related maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems; able to read schematics.
• Must provide own working tools and maintain dependable attendance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MPII system.

Responsabilités

• Schedules maintenance with production supervisor to minimize production delays.
• Applies 5S principles and follows OEM preventative maintenance requirements.
• Generates material lists for approved projects.
• Understands plastic injection molding processes and press operation.
• Investigates causes of equipment failures and assists with repairs.
• Maintains regular attendance and may work outside standard hours.
• Works with others professionally to manage job-related stress.
