Why this job

No pest control experience required. We'll train you, pay for your state certification, and put you in a

company truck. If you show up, work hard, and take care of customers, you can be promoted to a Route

Technician - earning $45K-$65K.

What you'll do

Perform initial pest control treatments for new customers - the first visit that sets up ongoing service. You'll

run a route servicing newly sold homes each day, deliver quality work, and build trust with homeowners.

The schedule

6-day work week, Monday-Saturday. Shifts start around 11 AM and run until the route is finished -

typically 8-10 hours, longer in peak season. Longer routes mean more stops, which means more pay. If

you want a standard 9-to-5, this isn't it. If you want to work hard and earn, keep reading. After you earn

your promotion to a Route Technician, it is a 5-day work week with more normal hours (7am until route

completed, typically around 5pm).
