Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions in Chattanooga seeks a motivated Pest Control Technician to perform initial treatment visits and service routes for new customers. You will deliver quality work, build trust with homeowners, and participate in a clear promotion path as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable talking to customers
• Physical ability to lift equipment, walk properties, and work outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to earn state pest control certification (we pay for it)

Responsibilities

• Perform initial pest control treatments for new customers
• Run a route servicing newly sold homes each day
• Deliver quality work and build trust with homeowners
