Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions in Chattanooga is seeking an entry-level Route Technician for a pest control role. You'll start on a six-day workweek, with a base monthly pay of $3,000–$4,500 plus performance bonuses; company truck and fuel card cover work and commute, and training is fully paid, including certification exam.

You'll perform initial pest control treatments for new customers, service routes daily, and build homeowner trust.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable talking to customers.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, walk properties, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Willingness to earn your state pest control certification.

Why this job

No pest control experience required. We'll train you, pay for your state certification, and put you in a company truck. If you show up, work hard, and take care of customers, you can be promoted to a Route Technician - earning $45K-$65K.

The schedule

6-day work week, Monday-Saturday. Shifts start around 11 AM and run until the route is finished - typically 8-10 hours, longer in peak season. Longer routes mean more stops, which means more pay. If you want a standard 9-to-5, this isn't it. If you want to work hard and earn, keep reading. After you earn your promotion to a Route Technician, it is a 5-day work week with more normal hours (7am until route completed, typically around 5pm).
