Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is hiring a full-time Inhouse Attorney to join its legal department at the Towson headquarters. This role is designed for an early-career attorney to handle a broad range of strategic and practical legal matters, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance (privacy, data security, employment law), and litigation exposure.

The position offers direct access to executive leadership and mentorship from the Associate General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Maryland (preferred).
• Recent law school graduates considered if they will sit for the July bar.
• Experience up to 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of strategic and practical legal matters, including contract review and negotiation.
• Support regulatory compliance (privacy, data security, employment law) and related processes.
• Gain exposure to litigation and direct access to executive leadership and mentorship.
