Job summary

E*TRADE from *** is seeking an Operations Support professional in South Jordan, UT to join the Beneficiary Services team. The role focuses on managing inheritance-related asset transfers and serving as a subject matter expert for wealth management clients, advisors, and branch staff.

You will work with internal applications, ensure timely processing, and maintain compliance with SEC/FINRA and firm policies.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-4 years financial services industry experience preferred including client service interactions, and knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans, account opening and asset distribution processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to research and resolve problems and service inquiries with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated one-on-one support for the client throughout the inheritance process leveraging effective relationship management skills.
• Proactively communicating with clients by phone and/or email to provide high level of service and empathy; process and follow up client service requests for timely completion.
• Set appropriate expectations with clients and beneficiaries in line with internal SLAs and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Provide world class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions.
• Research and resolve problems with both internal and external clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize internal systems and ensure all case interactions are documented.
• Actively manage daily case load and stay aligned with firm verification policies and regulatory guidelines.
