Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area with required ingredients and equipment.
• Keep area sanitized and organized throughout the shift.
• Accurately weigh and stage ingredients for production.
• Ensure accuracy of scales used for batch preparation.
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials before production.
• Assist others on the production line as needed.
• Record production data to track ingredients used.
• Adhere to GMP and HAACP safety plans at all times.
• Maintain a neat and clean workstation and proper labeling.
