Monster Energy is seeking an Ingredient Planning Manager in Corona, CA to ensure ingredient raw materials are delivered to production sites on time and at the lowest cost. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize planning processes, and support long-term supply strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 5+ years in material planning, 1-3 years in leadership, and proficiency with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of material planning experience in supply chain.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP ERP.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
- Excel analysis and SAP-Master Data Governance (MDG) knowledge beneficial.
Mansioni
- Ensure timely availability of ingredient materials for production.
- Minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Implement strategies to reduce material costs while maintaining service standards.
- Partner with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams for ingredient needs.
- Monitor KPIs related to material availability, cost efficiency, and planning accuracy.
- Lead process improvements in planning workflows.
- Report performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
