Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets of ingredients.
• Moving sacks of flour, salt, etc from storeroom to blending room using forklift.
• Loading mixer with ingredients and operating mixer.
• Moving ingredients, recording ingredient recipes, preparing line.
• Weighing products, recording batches, proper labeling.
• Cleaning and sanitizing room as needed.
