Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is seeking an Ingredient Batching Technician in Manteno, IL. You will weigh and measure ingredients, operate robust mixing systems, and ensure batches meet exact standards. The role supports a leading food manufacturing facility, with multiple shifts available.

Pay ranges from $18.75 to $20.00 per hour with weekly pay and health insurance. Full-time position with in-person application available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at the Manteno location.

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in colder environments.

Responsibilities

• Review recipes and pull correct ingredients, weighing to exact standards.
• Run industrial mixing equipment to produce uniform batches.
• Lift and move containers up to 50 lbs during staging and cleanup.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and report Equipment issues.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food-quality procedures.
• Clean and sanitize batching tools and equipment between runs.
