Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Production Supervisor in our casting operations in Pennsylvania to lead the shift, engage employees, and drive continuous improvement. You will plan and coordinate production output, manage schedules, and ensure resources are used efficiently to meet customer commitments. Reports to the Assistant Manager- Remelting.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in casting operations preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred; must lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members, leaders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work procedures and employee safety programs.
• Ensure a safe working environment and keep safety records.
• Coordinate daily production on the shift and collaborate with peers across all shifts.
• Manage daily production during the shift and meet customer requirements.
