Responsibilities
- Work closely with other engineering teams and staff members to best implement new products or projects
- Design power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with the latest NEC, Virginia Building Codes, and energy standards
- Work with other engineers to test and improve current systems and components
- Provide technical support to the facility and staff
- Provide input to staff and management for timing, scheduling of products, and projected expenses, as needed

Key responsibilities include leading electrical engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical concepts effectively to clients and team members. Mentorship: Supervise and grow a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth. Operational Management: As a potential Partner, participate in firm-wide decision-making, including financial planning, recruitment strategy, and long-term scaling.
