Qualifications

• RN licensure (Registered Nurse)
• BLS certification
• Experience in acute care preferred
• Ability to lead and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and influx therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and therapies.
• Monitor and guide nursing staff performance, provide feedback.
• Foster staff training and professional development.
• Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain team cohesion.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
