Job summary

The Jefferson Health Northeast in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners, respecting cultural beliefs and values.

Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on safety, quality improvement, and education. Requires a Nursing Diploma with PA RN license; BSN is preferred, with commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural communication in care planning.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or progress toward BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Interacts with patients, families, and staff to deliver compassionate, safe care.
Educates patients and families to identify learning needs and ensure understanding of care plans.
Uses information technology to communicate and monitor patient outcomes for quality improvement.
