Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Manager for Infusion Therapy. This full-time leadership role oversees clinical practice, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care in a new tower.

Eligible candidates will have a BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and progressive leadership experience in infusion therapy. Excellent communication, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to evidence-based nursing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing.
• BSN preferred; Masters in nursing or healthcare/management preferred.
• RN licensure with ACLS/BLS is required or as per unit standards.
• Five+ years infusion therapy clinical experience and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interdisciplinary leadership, clinical practice, and staff development across defined nursing areas.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate patient services in alignment with division goals.
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in resource allocation to support safe, high-quality care.
• Participate in executive-level decisions through staff input and informed reporting.
