Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Nurse Manager Infusion Services to oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within infusion services. The role emphasizes leadership, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance in an ambulatory setting.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license, BLS, and prior infusion/oncology experience, with preference for leaders who can mentor staff and collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active RN license as required by the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Infusion, oncology, or ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Prior nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
